Kansas Law Enforcement Accreditation Coalition (K-LEAC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening professionalism, accountability, and public trust in law enforcement agencies across Kansas. Our mission is to support agencies in achieving and maintaining accreditation through recognized state, national, and international standards of excellence.
Our Purpose
K-LEAC exists to:
- Promote best practices in law enforcement management, operations, and community relations.
- Support accreditation efforts through education, mentoring, and shared resources.
- Strengthen agency accountability by encouraging adherence to established professional standards.
- Foster collaboration among Kansas law enforcement agencies seeking to enhance their service to the public.

What We Do
K-LEAC provides a range of services to assist agencies on their accreditation journey, including:
